General Rental Terms
At time of purchase, a deposit of the entire garment value will be charged to your credit or debit card. Once the item is returned and it is deemed to be in acceptable condition, the difference between garment value and rental price will be refunded to the card on file within 3 business days.
All online orders will be shipped in a timely manner to arrive to the renter prior to the date requested. Please allow at least 5 business days between purchase date and your date requested. Rental period is 5 days, item must be returned to the below address and received within 9 business days of rental start date.
If local pickup option selected, item(s) must be picked up and dropped off in-person at the Peaches & Twine Studio, located at 54 S Center Street, Suite B, Mesa, AZ 85210. Business hours are 11 AM - 4 PM, M-F. Renter must set up an appointment for pickup and drop off at time of rental. A fee of $10/day applies if an item is kept for over 5 business days. This includes the day of pickup and the day of drop off.
Please specify the days you'd like this dress in the form provided at checkout. If an item is not available during your preferred rental period, we will contact you immediately via email with suggestions for replacement, or to refund your money. If an item is not received within 5 business days of agreed upon drop off date, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire value of the garment, or $160.
Cleaning & Damage
We will clean any minor stains as part of the rental fee. However, with severe soiling or holes, we will charge the credit card on file for the full garment price, $160, and we will ship the garment to the shipping address on file.
